Don is a professional and wide-self experienced outdoor transformation and dating coach. My goal is to help others to go back into their own orinigal power, without all those false thoughts, hindered beliefs about yourself, fears and obstructed patterns.

I believe that life is too short for all those limitations in a way that it should be normal to live free life without those old patterns or believes and fears that we carry with us, unconsciously.

These patterns almost always are a reaction to what we experienced in your early childhood and we keep feeding these patterns for the rest of our life. Also in our relationship life, mainly because the most triggers we get is when we are in love, when we are in our most vulnerable and open self. 
i train people outdoors in nature, since being in nature helps people focus and open up more in a peaceful and quiet environment. I will give you intensive guidance, insights, feedback, methods on your situation to help you change your behavior and life without fears and mentioned limitations.
