Sometimes it can be difficult to look at ourselves and recognize our own shortcomings, blind spots or destructive patterns. As a spiritual coach & medium, I have had the privilege of helping people with their personal growth and spiritual development. One of the most valuable lessons I have learned in my work is that self-reflection is a powerful tool for moving forward in our lives.
